• To generate your preliminary rental estimate report.
• To respond to seller and recruitment inquiries.
• To allow our brokers to follow up about your property or inquiry.
• To deliver emails through Resend, our email service provider.
• To call third-party data providers (such as RentCast) to look up public property and rental data for your address.
• To store information in our database so we can serve your report and refer back to it.

We share information only as needed to operate this site and respond to your inquiry. Our processors include:

• Resend — transactional email delivery
• RentCast — public property and rental data lookups
• Geoapify — address autocomplete suggestions
• OpenAI — automated report narrative text generation
• Railway — website hosting and database storage

We retain your information while we are actively working your inquiry and for up to two years afterward, unless you request deletion sooner. You may request deletion at any time.

We protect your information using HTTPS encryption, rate limiting on form submissions, honeypot spam filtering, and access controls on internal admin tools. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data.
